Coalition and Resistance Leadership
We will be excepting applications for these positions.
The Commanding Officer
Must be a player that has at least 2 years of airsoft experience and has commanded major operations before. This will be a big game and plenty will be happening.
You must be able to communicate to multiple platoons on the field in multiple scenarios and report back to Administration on your progress.
The Executive Officer
Must be a player that has at least 1 year of airsoft experience and has worked in the capacity of XO before.
You must be able to execute the Commanding Officers orders and be able to take command in case of the absence of the Commanding Officer.
OVERALL REQUIREMENTS
Must have strong leadership skills.
Strong situational awareness.
The ability to adapt and overcome.
Lead your team to victory.
RADIO AND COMMS
Must have good radios. Headsets are encouraged but not required. Multiple radio's are a good idea as well.
Make sure your comms work, are charged and have back up batteries. Communication is key, and knowing is half the battle.
